I'm writing this for my mom because everyone should be aware of her experience if they choose to get their hair cut here. For the record, this was a walk in and not a scheduled appointment. So my mom walked in early and they had 2 people working and 2 people waiting before her. She didnt mind waiting. When she met with the stylist, they had an attitude with my mom for their own personal reasons and my mom wanted to get more information about styles and such and dyes and mentioned she wanted a cut and shampoo. Stylist said need an appointment to do dyes for hair. Stylist stopped listening to her and talk to other customers. Stylist asked if she wanted to do a shampoo still because they were getting backed up and my mom said no. Stylist barely had done anything to her hair and when she checked out they charged her for a shampoo she never even received. It was a disappointing experience for my mom because it's her birthday weekend and she came here to get a haircut and try something different for her hair. All she got was basically nothing except 25 bucks less in her pocket. She wont be getting her hair done here again thanks to the negative experience the stylist brought.
